Participant on BBQ Pit Wars, Chopped Grillmaster Champion, Chopped Judge, won more awards than almost anyone, and has one of the hottest BBQ restaurants in the world, The Burnt Bean Company. This guy has done it all.
And he was just nominated for the James Beard award as the best chef in Texas.
