I thought National BBQ Month would be a great time to interview one of my mentors, the great Chris Hart from iQue. Dominant in the BBQ scene for a long time and winner of the Jack Daniels World Championship, Chris has written several cookbooks and continues to be an influence on cooks all across the country. Just a great guy, extremely smart and talented, and a lot of fun to talk to.
